With more than 50 years of experience as a licensed Realtor, Stan Hack brings to HRE decades of expertise in Western Kentucky’s residential, commercial, and farm real estate markets. First licensed as a real estate agent in 1972, Stan obtained his broker’s license and opened his own real estate brokerage agency only 3 years later. Stan and two colleague brokers opened the first Century 21 Franchise in western Kentucky. Stan is both a prior board member and prior president of the Paducah Board of Realtors. In 2022 Stan received the 50 Years of Service Award from the National Association of Realtors.
Stan is a Paducah native, graduating from Paducah Tilghman Highschool and attending classes at both WKCTC and Murray State. He is also a former instructor of real estate classes at WKCTC. Alongside his real estate sales and appraising career, Stan has also renovated and built numerous homes in the area, renovating his first house when he was only 20 years old. Stan and his wife, Debra Isbell Hack, currently live in Lone Oak in a home they renovated in 2007.
Stan is the proud father of three sons: Darren Hack, commercial and residential real estate broker and appraiser; Nathan Hack, commercial and residential builder and licensed electrician; and Jarred Hack, home improvement professional and commercial facility fragrance distributor. He is also the proud step-father of one step-daughter, Stephanie Barger, and the exceedingly proud grandfather of eleven grandchildren. When Stan is not selling houses, buildings, or land, he and Debra can often be found enjoying family and friends at the family’s lake home at Kentucky Lake.
