Appraisal Services

Dustin Hawkins holds the coveted MAI designation. Through this extensive training, experience and specialization HREA is able to provide reliable and impartial valuation reports on all classifications of a real property. The Appraisal services have expanded our growing real estate expertise to facilitate client requests for appraisals, feasibility analysis, litigation support, and consulting services for all classifications of real estate.

As commercial real estate appraisers we estimate the value to solve valuation issues for various needs. The most well-known need for commercial appraisals is for new loans, however, there are many other situations in which an appraisal is required, such as real estate tax purposes, for dividing assets in divorce proceedings, and for eminent domain work.

As the Principal of HRE Advisors, Dustin strives to serve all HREA clients with professionalism and efficiency. He holds a bachelor’s degree from Murray State University and has worked in real estate since 2009. After joining the Trifecta team, Dustin moved through the ranks quickly and became a partner in 2011. During his time at the firm, he has participated in several commercial/retail development projects and has worked with clients including Starbucks, Rite Aid, Dollar Tree, Applebee’s, TJX, and Big Lots. He has also served as a broker in every spectrum of real estate, including residential, agricultural, retail, industrial, investment, and multi-family. He is an expert appraiser, as well, and earned a Certified Commercial Investment Member designation in 2017 and a Member Appraisal Institute designation in 2019. When he’s not at work, Dustin enjoys spending time with his wife, Destiny, and their two children, Paisley and Charlestyn.

Angela Turner

Angela has worked in and around all things real estate since 2008 when she joined Falconite Development Group as their office manager.  In 2013 she obtained her real estate license to complement the many facets of her expansive role with Falconite Development.  From commercial development to residential sales, Angela has participated in and facilitated millions of dollars worth of transactions. HRE is thrilled that she brings that experience and knowledge to the team. When it comes to real estate in and around Paducah, Angela knows her hometown well and is committed to its continued growth in whatever role she can play.  Angela’s versatility and expertise covers land development & site selection, commercial leasing, investment sales, & even finding your perfect home.

Stacey Treece

Stacey began working as an associate appraiser in 2022 with Hack Building before recently joining the HRE Advisors team.  Prior to becoming an appraiser, Stacey earned a bachelor’s degree in elementary education and a master’s degree in school counseling from Murray State University followed by a master’s degree in reading/writing specialist from the University of the Cumberlands.  She worked in public education as both a teacher and school counselor for 15 years before changing careers to become an appraiser.  Stacey is excited to work with clients in and around her hometown of Paducah in all aspects of appraisal work.  When not working Stacey enjoys spending time with her family, reading, and traveling.

Darren Hack

Darren Hack was born and raised in Paducah, Kentucky. His real estate appraisal career began early when he worked as a part time appraiser while attending Murray State University.  After graduating with a degree in Business Administration and Real Estate in 1992, he transitioned into a full time commercial appraiser, having over 30 years of professional appraisal and consulting experience, licensed in Kentucky and Florida.  In 1997, Darren obtained a sales license and eventually a broker’s license, specializing in buyer representation, land planning, and commercial development with emphasis in retail, professional office and light industrial.
In 2007, Darren partnered with Falconite Development helping to build the largest privately held commercial portfolios in Western Kentucky.  Darren also partnered with his brother to develop Hack Building, a construction company specializing in multi-tenant commercial buildings, tenant build outs, re-purposing, and home building.
Darren loves sports, especially football and fishing. He has been very active in youth sports coaching high school football for over 20 years in multiple school systems across Western Kentucky.  Darren and his wife, Kelly, own a home in Port Orange, Florida where they spend time fishing in the Halifax River and attending Jacksonville Jaguars games.  Darren has two daughters, Anna and Ellie.

Sarah Riley

Sarah was born and raised in Mayfield, Kentucky, but has called Paducah home for over a decade. After going back to school to get her business degree from WKCTC, Sarah’s real estate career began by managing the growing residential portfolio of Ball Riley Ltd. Co. and Castle Group, LLC, in which she and her husband are involved. She has overseen everything from tenant screening to full renovations.

Sarah obtained her real estate license and never looked back.  She became a top producer at the local office of a national real estate firm, regularly topping monthly rankings in units sold and written volume for her office. Sarah was chosen as the West Kentucky Star’s people’s choice Realtor of the year in 2023 and 2024.

She currently advises across the real estate spectrum—from a homeowner looking to sell her home to a development company leasing out thousands of square feet of office space.

Outside of the office she enjoys traveling, gardening, and spending time with her husband, two kids (with one on the way), and goldendoodle. She and her husband are active members of First Baptist Church Paducah.

Davin Ramage

Davin Ramage has also joined HRE to bring stability to the firm’s growing appraisal department.

Davin has been immersed in residential real estate appraisal since 2016, although he started his sales career in 2015. His strong work ethic, analytical mind, and reliability quickly gave him a reputation that all of Western Kentucky has come to trust. He will also bolster HRE’s agricultural appraisal services, offering poultry, swine, and row crop advisory and valuations.
