Darren Hack was born and raised in Paducah, Kentucky. His real estate appraisal career began early when he worked as a part time appraiser while attending Murray State University.  After graduating with a degree in Business Administration and Real Estate in 1992, he transitioned into a full time commercial appraiser, having over 30 years of professional appraisal and consulting experience, licensed in Kentucky and Florida.  In 1997, Darren obtained a sales license and eventually a broker’s license, specializing in buyer representation, land planning, and commercial development with emphasis in retail, professional office and light industrial.
In 2007, Darren partnered with Falconite Development helping to build the largest privately held commercial portfolios in Western Kentucky.  Darren also partnered with his brother to develop Hack Building, a construction company specializing in multi-tenant commercial buildings, tenant build outs, re-purposing, and home building.
Darren loves sports, especially football and fishing. He has been very active in youth sports coaching high school football for over 20 years in multiple school systems across Western Kentucky.  Darren and his wife, Kelly, own a home in Port Orange, Florida where they spend time fishing in the Halifax River and attending Jacksonville Jaguars games.  Darren has two daughters, Anna and Ellie.
