Sarah Riley
REALTOR®Sarah was born and raised in Mayfield, Kentucky, but has called Paducah home for over a decade. After going back to school to get her business degree from WKCTC, Sarah’s real estate career began by managing the growing residential portfolio of Ball Riley Ltd. Co. and Castle Group, LLC, in which she and her husband are involved. She has overseen everything from tenant screening to full renovations.
Sarah obtained her real estate license and never looked back. She became a top producer at the local office of a national real estate firm, regularly topping monthly rankings in units sold and written volume for her office. Sarah was chosen as the West Kentucky Star’s people’s choice Realtor of the year in 2023 and 2024.
She currently advises across the real estate spectrum—from a homeowner looking to sell her home to a development company leasing out thousands of square feet of office space.
Outside of the office she enjoys traveling, gardening, and spending time with her husband, two kids (with one on the way), and goldendoodle. She and her husband are active members of First Baptist Church Paducah.
