Sarah Riley
REALTOR®Sarah’s roots run deep in Mayfield, Kentucky, but Paducah has been her home for over a decade. After earning her business degree, she stepped into the world of real estate by managing the residential portfolios of Ball Riley Ltd. Co. and Castle Group, LLC—where she and her husband are personally involved. From tenant screening to complete property renovations, she gained hands-on experience in every aspect of property management.
Once Sarah obtained her real estate license, she hit the ground running and never looked back. She quickly rose to the top at her local office of a national real estate firm, consistently leading in sales and volume. Her hard work and dedication earned her the title of West Kentucky Star’s People’s Choice Realtor of the Year in both 2023 and 2024.
Whether helping a family sell their home or advising developers leasing large commercial spaces, Sarah brings the same passion and expertise to every client.
Outside of real estate, Sarah enjoys traveling, gardening, and spending time with her husband, three kids, and their goldendoodle. She and her husband are also active members of First Baptist Church Paducah.
